Pete Marino is a Vice Chairman in the Chicago Office of CBRE Capital Markets where he has specialized in debt and equity originations since 1999. He has raised over $13 billion for his institutional and private commercial real estate owner clients. Pete has an extensive network of long-standing debt and equity relationships including life insurance companies, banks, debt funds, credit companies, CMBS and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. In addition to arranging traditional mortgage loans, his experience includes analyzing and structuring equity joint ventures, mezzanine debt and single tenant financings both in Chicago and nationwide. Pete’s transaction history includes financings for office, industrial, retail, multifamily, student housing, condominium and technology related real estate.

CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance Chicago downtown team specializes in raising capital on behalf of commercial real estate owners throughout the United States. We originate debt and equity capital for all major property types including multifamily, industrial and logistics, office, life science, retail, hospitality and technology properties nationwide.
