Ms. Green has been with CBRE Capital Markets since 2007 and has worked in the commercial real estate industry for seventeen years. Since joining CBRE Capital Markets, Ms. Green has participated in raising more than $6.3 billion in debt for office, industrial, multifamily and retail properties nationwide. Ms. Green has become a valuable member of the Chicago Office by assisting in the origination, underwriting, structuring, and closing of the office's debt and equity transactions. In addition, Ms. Green focuses on maintaining and expanding relationships with clients by providing advisory services including; loan document review and negotiations, capital markets updates aiding the client’s acquisition and disposition decisions, financial modeling and loan covenant monitoring and managing lender relationships.

Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, she was engaged as an accounting manager at Brookfield Properties, LLC (formerly Trizec Properties, Inc.) where she oversaw the accounting team responsible for the preparation of GAAP financial statements, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, financial analysis, lease statistics and tenant recovery calculations for over four million square feet of office space. She also assisted the due diligence team in acquiring information for property dispositions as well as working with new owners on subsequent pro-ration of closing items. In addition to her experience at Brookfield Properties, LLC Ms. Green was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche, LLC primarily servicing clients in the commercial real estate industry.

CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance Chicago downtown team specializes in raising capital on behalf of commercial real estate owners throughout the United States. With a diverse client base that includes institutional, fund and private real estate owners, the team has raised over $15 billion since 2014.

We originate debt and equity capital for all major property types including multifamily, industrial and logistics, office, life science, retail, hospitality and technology properties nationwide. Areas of expertise include financing existing properties as well as construction financing, with experience throughout the capital stack.

Our team’s experience allows us to quickly identify and achieve optimal financing structures (most competitive pricing, terms, flexibility) via our extensive network of debt and equity relationships.
