Scott Lewis joined the Dallas office of CBRE Capital Markets after graduating from SMU’s Cox School of Business 2000. Since then he has successfully originated, structured and closed hundreds of transactions with an emphasis on institutional quality assets. Mr. Lewis represents some of the most prominent developers, pension funds, REITs and private equity investors in North America.

Mr. Lewis leads one of the leading commercial teams within the industry. That team offers clients over 65 years of combined real estate experience. Since 2014, Mr. Lewis has been a member of CBRE Institutional Properties, consisting of the company's top capital markets professionals. Mr. Lewis is also one of the original debt partners within the industry-leading CBRE National Partners.

Mr. Lewis is active within the commercial mortgage banking industry. Since 2015, he has served in the Mortgage Bankers Association's Future Leaders Program. He is a frequent speaker and panelist for industry events and has served as an advisor to multiple life company lenders.

The team represents some of the most prominent developers and investors in the world through engagements financing all asset classes. It is active across the U.S., Canada and Mexico with a focus on institutional-quality assets.

The team has a proven track record of successfully financing large, complex projects across North America.
