Christine Dierker joined the Dallas CBRE Capital Markets team led by Scott Lewis in January 2023. She works on origination, structuring and closing of transactions with an emphasis on institutional quality assets and institutional clients. Christine brings 20+ years of experience in life company lending to the role. At State Farm, she ran the Central US Region with loan production volume of $750 million in 2022 and over $3 billion in the last 5 years. Christine's relationships are primarily with institutional clients, including some of the top pension fund and private equity investors in the country.
