Ryan Thornton is an Executive Vice President in the Investment Properties Group in Dallas, focusing primarily on the sale of institutional industrial investment properties on a regional and national level. The team specializes in industrial institutional investment property sales across the nation. The team’s transactions have included national portfolio sales, programmatic joint ventures, and one-off local dispositions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ryan worked at Thackeray Partners, where he was responsible for the acquisition, operations and disposition of a portfolio of industrial, office and multi-housing projects. At Trammell Crow Company and The Rosewood Corporation, Ryan gained exposure to investment sales as both an analyst and active participant in the disposition of individual and portfolios of properties.

Ryan is a member of CBRE National Partners, a collaborative national partnership formed in 2010 that focuses exclusively on industrial and logistics capital markets. Located in twelve key markets, the 94 investment sales and support professionals connect local market expertise to a national capital markets perspective. Enhanced by a fully integrated debt platform, National Partners provides strategic advisory guidance to maximize proceeds and enhance the surety of execution for national, regional and local clients.
