Patrick is a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets group, which provides advice, analysis and execution of alternative capital solutions to optimize owned and occupied real estate portfolios for corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors. Based in Chicago, Patrick is responsible for applying comprehensive financial analyses and underwriting all property types nationwide to provide decision support.

Patrick works on a variety of transaction and capitalization structures, including sale leasebacks, net lease sales, credit tenant leases, build-to-suits, synthetic leases, acquisitions and financing. Patrick is also responsible for managing the due diligence processes, marketing, investor outreach, and offering materials production processes.

Patrick joined the CBRE Corporate Capital Markets team as an analyst in 2019 and since joining has worked with diverse clients such as Walgreens, Johnson Controls, Sherwin-Williams, C&S Wholesale Grocers, SVP Global, Angelo Gordon, Carlyle, Clearlake Capital, and Provender Partners.

Mr. Reiman graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Missouri in Columbia. Patrick is a member of the Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP) of Chicago and a licensed real estate professional in the state of Illinois.
