Associated Office
Jon Fink is a Vice President within CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets group in Chicago. Mr. Fink is focused on advising corporate users, institutions, private equity firms, and REITs on their net lease transactions, including sale leasebacks, acquisitions, build-to-suits, financings, and synthetic leases. Over the past six years, he has transacted on more than $40 billion in net lease transactions with his team.
By leveraging his analytical and financial background, Mr. Fink is committed to providing his clients with premium real estate advisory and transaction services. Some of his clients include Johnson Controls, The Carlyle Group, US Foods, Herc, BMO Harris Bank, Walgreens, Audax, and Citibank. Mr. Fink sits on the American Cancer Society Associate Board and is a member of ICSC.
Previously, Mr. Fink worked as an Analyst within JLL’s Corporate Finance and Net Lease practice. Mr. Fink attended the University of Michigan where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with High Honors.
