Matt Banas is a founding member of CBRE’s Private Capital Retail Investment Sales team in Dallas-Fort Worth. He specializes in the strategic disposition and acquisition of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased retail assets across Texas and the broader Southwest region of the United States. With a client-centric approach, he provides tailored solutions designed to align with each client’s unique real estate and financial objectives.

Leveraging deep market expertise and CBRE’s expansive platform, Matt excels in optimizing asset value, enhancing an asset’s visibility on market, and driving competitive sales outcomes. His commitment to service excellence, coupled with a proactive sales strategy and unwavering work ethic, ensures superior transaction results and an unrivaled experience for his clients.

Matt Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Concentration in Real Estate and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University. Away from the office he is an avid Buffalo Bills/New York Yankees fan and enjoys golfing, trying new restaurants and going to concerts.
