Jay Wagley is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of CBRE's Dallas Debt & Structured Finance ("DSF") department in Dallas, TX.
During his 32-year career, he has originated more than $24 billion in commercial real estate loans; has completed equity and debt financing for multifamily, office, retail, industrial and hospitality properties. In 2023, Mr. Wagley and team completed 39 deals for approximately $1.1 billion. Mr. Wagley possesses extensive loan modification and debt restructuring experience and is knowledgeable of all lending sources including all major life companies, CMBS, GSE's and various alternative funding sources.
