CBRE Arranges New 12,900 Sq. Ft. Lease for Leading Property Management Company at 440 Mamaroneck Avenue

CBRE announced today that it has arranged a 12,900 sq. ft. lease for Stillman Management Realty at 440 Mamaroneck Avenue in Harrison, NY. The property management firm, which was established following Garthchester Realty’s recent acquisition of Stillman Property Management, renewed its 8,000 sq. ft. lease on the fifth floor of the building in addition to committing to an additional 4,900 sq. ft. of space.

CBRE’s Budd Wiesenberg and Bob Caruso represented Stillman Management Realty in the negotiations with RPW Group.

“Stillman Management Realty’s lease renewal and expansion at 440 Mamaroneck Avenue will support the new entity’s steady growth as it continues to service properties across Westchester, Rockland, New York City and southern Connecticut,” said CBRE’s Wiesenberg. “The company’s long-term agreement signifies its commitment to the New York Tri-State region.”

Stillman Management Realty was formed as a result of Garthchester Realty’s acquisition of Stillman Property Management’s assets. The new entity comprises two renowned executive management teams with over 100 years of combined experience in property management for hundreds of coops, condos, homeowners’ associations, rental and commercial properties.
