CBRE announced the return of Patrick Church as Executive Vice President in Los Angeles. Church will continue his presence and influence in the life science sector, as well as pivoting back to the office sector specializing in both landlord and occupier advisory services. He will also leverage his connectivity and expertise within the education sector.

Church rejoins CBRE after an 11-year tenure at JLL, where he served as Managing Director on the West Coast Life Sciences team.
