Niumalu Marketplace in Kailua-Kona Welcomes New Tenants for an Enhanced Shopping and Dining Experience

CBRE has signed seven new leases for the Niumalu marketplace in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. CBRE’s Kimo Greenwell represented the landlord, Watumull Properties, in negotiating the leases.

The following tenants have signed new leases: United States Post Office (13,614 sq. ft.), Safeway Fuel & Convenience Store, Baskin-Robbins (1,464 sq. ft.), Gen Korean BBQ (5,100sq. ft.), Wendy’s (2,928 sq. ft. plus a drive through), Island Time Boba Cafe (1,575sq. ft.) and Science Lab Sports Performance & Recovery Center (3,368 sq ft).

Niumalu Marketplace is a 208,000 sq. ft. recently built neighborhood center in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The center is anchored by a 63,000 sq. ft. Safeway store and various local, national and first-to-market tenants.
