CBRE Promotes Sam Garden to Managing Director of Project Management for Midwest Region

CBRE announced today that Sam Garden has been promoted to Managing Director for the firm’s Americas Advisory Project Management Midwest Region.

In this role, Mr. Garden will lead the growth strategy of the company’s project management services in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa and Missouri.

“Sam has been exceptional in his project management role since he joined CBRE and he is a key member of our Omaha team,” said CBRE’s Bennett Ginsberg, Managing Director in Omaha. “During his time here, he’s successfully delivered numerous major projects in Omaha and has built a stellar reputation with clients across the Midwest. His success comes from constantly managing and meeting client objectives, delivering projects on schedule within or under budget, effectively managing project planning and coordinating construction services.”

Mr. Garden joined CBRE in 2010 and brings 19 years of industry experience to the position. He has delivered more than 100 projects totaling over 5 million square feet across all asset sectors.

Mr. Garden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
