CBRE Arranges $40.6M Sale of 90,334-SF Office in Bentonville, Ark.

Bentonville, Ark. – Oct. 19, 2021 – CBRE has arranged the sale of a 90,334-square-foot, Class A office building located at 2403 SE J Street in Bentonville, Ark. Global Net Lease Operating Partnership, LP purchased the property from 2303 Southeast J Street, LLC for $40.6 million.

CBRE’s David Erstine, John Lamberson, Terry Radford and Will Pike represented the seller in the transaction.
