Monroe, Ohio – Nov. 4, 2021 – CBRE has arranged the sale of a 29,800-square-foot industrial building located at 200 Edison Drive in Monroe, Ohio. Omega Industrial Realty, LLC purchased the property from Cincinnati Commercial Contracting for $5.325 million.

CBRE’s Will Roberts, Jeff Johnston, Steve Timmel and Chris Prosser represented the seller in the transaction.

“As we have seen throughout 2021, single tenant net-leased industrial properties continue to have extraordinary demand,” said CBRE’s Roberts. “There is an abundance of investor capital looking to place money in Ohio, which continues to prompt aggressive pricing and a considerable amount of offers from across the country.”

Situated in the 30-acre Park 63 Industrial Park, the one-story newly constructed building is 100 percent leased to a single tenant on a long-term lease. The property features 20-foot clear height, eight drive-ins and four docks with immediate access to State Route 63 and Interstate 75.
