Champion Services Inks Long-Term Lease at Class A Distribution Facility

CBRE announced today it has completed a 252,750 sq. ft. industrial lease at East Greenwich Logistics Center located at 191 Harmony Road in East Greenwich Twp, NJ. East Greenwich Logistics Center is a Class A distribution facility that boasts 36’ clear heights, 38 tailgate doors and ESFR Sprinkler System. Champion Services will occupy the entire property expanding their growing footprint on the East Coast.
A CBRE team comprised of Dan McGovern, Andrew Green and Paul Touhey negotiated the lease transaction.
“East Greenwich Logistics Center is located less than one mile from Exit 17 of toll-free Interstate 295,” noted McGovern. “Due to the site’s location and ownership, our team saw great demand from local, regional, and national occupiers. The Southern New Jersey marketplace, due to its location, labor pool and quick access to Philadelphia and New York, continues to see record demand for both new and existing product.”
