CBRE Arranges 122,670 SF Lease in Downtown Winston-Salem for HanesBrands HQ

CBRE has arranged a 122,670-square-foot lease at the Park Building in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. HanesBrands Inc. (NYSE: HBI) will be relocating its headquarters to the seven-story building at 101 N. Cherry St. The company’s new downtown location will help increase its presence and visibility in downtown Winston-Salem.

CBRE’s Sam Haus, Will Henderson, and Tara Alexander represented the landlord, Truist Bank, in lease negotiations. Truist also occupies the remainder of the building.

The seven-story Park Building is a 224,900 sq. ft. Class A office building located directly off Salem Parkway in downtown Winston-Salem. Building amenities include ample parking, an on-site fitness center, on-site security, and proximity to dozens of restaurants and hotels.
