ASSOCIATES IN PEDIATRIC THERAPY TO OPEN 9TH KENTUCKY LOCATION AT 51 CAVALIER BOULEVARD IN FLORENCE, CBRE ARRANGES LEASE

Cincinnati, OH – March 8, 2021 – CBRE has arranged a 3,666-sq. ft. lease on behalf of the landlord, Community Healthcare Trust (CHCT), for Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) at 51 Cavalier Boulevard in Florence, Kentucky. APT is a Louisville-based therapeutic clinic practice providing services for children with special needs. This will be the practice’s 9^th location in Kentucky and its first location in Northern Kentucky.

CBRE’s Maggie Lehmkuhl represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Amie Stevie at Huff Commercial represented the tenant.

51 Cavalier Boulevard and the adjacent property, 47 Cavalier Boulevard, are medical/general office buildings with easy access to I-75 and are within one mile of St. Elizabeth Florence Hospital. Flexible space options and lease structures are available to interested tenants.
