William Hassan

Mr. Hassan is an Executive Vice President with CBRE. He joined the firm in 2002, bringing 14 years of real estate leasing, sales, and management experience. He specializes in site selection for data center clients. Mr. Hassan is a member of CBRE’s Data Center Solutions (DCS) Practice. His primary expertise is data center site selection, evaluation, and acquisition analysis. He brings exceptional knowledge on power, connectivity, and risks that his data center clients require. Mr. Hassan has a comprehensive understanding of the local utilities, with a specialty on the transmission and distribution of power. With clarity on these core drivers, the most advantageous real estate solutions can be considered.

Over his career, Mr. Hassan has been responsible for projects in excess of $2 billion. These projects range from standalone dispositions, sale-leasebacks, build-to-suit acquisitions, and colocation leases ranging from 10 kW to 100 MW. He has led national requirements of this scope for companies such as Bloomberg, Bank of America, Nasdaq, Quest Diagnostics, and JPMC in recent years.
