Thomas Finnegan is a trusted expert in the sale of single-tenant net-leased properties, net-lease portfolios, multi-tenant properties, and sale-leasebacks, as part of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Net Lease Property Group Team. Known for his unwavering commitment to client relationships, market expertise, and precision execution, Tom delivers results built on integrity and professionalism. His approach ensures clients receive exceptional service at every step of the sales process.
Tom began his career with CBRE in August 2016 as a research intern supporting the Mid-Atlantic Net-Lease team. His contributions quickly earned him a promotion to Associate in early 2017, where he played a key role in delivering high-value results for clients. In 2020, Tom and his team were honored as a Net Lease Team of the Year by Globe St., recognizing their exceptional production and expertise.
Building on this momentum, Tom was promoted to Senior Associate in early 2021, a year when he was also recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for Q1. His demonstrated excellence and proven ability to navigate complex assignments led to his promotion to Vice President in 2024. That same year, Tom and his team were named as Net Lease Influencers by Globe St., further cementing their positions as leading brokers in the industry.
Throughout his career, Tom has participated in transactions totaling more than $400 million, demonstrating his strategic approach and dedication to delivering results. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and deep market knowledge, Tom provides clients with innovative solutions tailored to their unique goals.
A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, Tom earned dual degrees in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from the Haub School of Business. During his time at Saint Joseph’s, he served as Vice President of the Real Estate Society, where he developed his leadership skills and passion for commercial real estate.
