As Research Director for the Mid-Atlantic, Stephanie Jennings is responsible for developing and executing CBRE’s research strategy in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, delivering best-in-class research products, analysis and thought leadership to CBRE professionals and clients. Based in our Washington, D.C. office, Stephanie oversees a research team of analysts specializing in various Mid-Atlantic markets, as well as asset classes, including office, industrial, retail and multifamily.
Prior to joining CBRE, Stephanie was the Managing Director of National Research at Newmark, responsible for operational oversight of various research and GIS functions. As one of the leaders of the firm's tri-state research group, Stephanie managed a team of analysts to capture market data, identify trends and produce quarterly market reports and white papers.
From 2007-2014, Stephanie was the Vice President of Economic Development for the Alliance for Downtown New York, one of the largest Business Improvement Districts in the U.S. From 2002-2007, Stephanie also served as a Project Director working in multifamily affordable housing in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s in City Planning form the University of Pennsylvania.
