Russell Hodges is a Senior Managing Director for CBRE’s Houston office, where he leads the Investor Services line of business, including Agency Leasing, Property Management, Capital Markets and Debt and Structured Finance for all asset types. Mr. Hodges is responsible for recruiting and retaining the best and brightest talent across the Houston market, and focuses on equipping our professionals with best-in-class resources to deliver superior results on behalf of our Investor clients.
Mr. Hodges oversees a team of real estate professionals that provide solutions and create value for investors of all commercial real estate asset types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, healthcare, senior housing, hotels and alternative asset types throughout the Houston/Gulf Coast region.
Mr. Hodges has been with CBRE since March of 2021, when he joined the firm as an Executive Vice President on the Houston Office Agency Leasing team. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Hodges had been an office agency leasing broker in Houston since 2005. Throughout his career as a brokerage professional, he represented many of Houston’s most iconic office towers and premier developments.
