Professional Experience

T. Reed Hudson is First Vice President in CBRE’s Houston office and brings over 25 years of vast commercial real estate experience on both the corporate and brokerage side of retail, office and industrial real estate. Mr. Hudson specializes in the sale-leaseback, disposition and acquisition of net-leased properties in Texas and throughout the United States.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Hudson spent 7 years as an Associate Director with national net lease brokerage firm, Stan Johnson Company, where he transacted on more than $300 Million worth of assignments and previously worked as a real estate consultant to Walmart, Inc., primarily focusing on site selection, acquisitions, new store development and dispositions.

Mr. Hudson’s additional experience includes more than 6 years as Associate Vice President with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services and seven years in corporate real estate as a Real Estate Director for former Fortune 500 companies RadioShack Corporation, Payless ShoeSource, Inc. and Charming Shoppes, Inc. Throughout his career in leasing, acquisitions and investment sales, Mr. Hudson has completed in excess of 500 transactions valued at more $2 Billion.
