Matt DiFrancesco joined CBRE Upstate NY in May 2021 as a real estate salesperson where he has helped clients with site selection, lease negotiations, and dispositions.
Matt earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2024 and previously served as a board member of the Western New York Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR).
Matt is an alumnus of the University at Buffalo and holds degrees in Construction Management and Environmental Design. Prior to joining CBRE Upstate NY, Matt worked in project management roles for local construction firms.
