$1 billion in transactional experience. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, and retail assets, as well as infill development property. Logan has a proven track record of securing new business, underwriting assets, and providing strategic guidance on capital markets, empowering individual property investors to achieve their goals.
Since 2011, Logan has completed over $1 billion in real estate sales transactions, focusing exclusively on investment sales throughout his career. He has demonstrated expertise in underwriting assets, securing new business, and navigating capital markets for both income-producing and owner-user properties. Logan excels in providing strategic guidance to clients on capital markets, helping them make informed decisions and achieve their investment objectives. Logan joined CBRE in 2014, where he has focused exclusively on investment sales in the private capital space. Prior to CBRE, Logan spent 3 years with Weitzman, gaining valuable experience in commercial real estate sales. Additionally, he honed his skills in investment sales at Marcus & Millichap. Logan has dedicated his career to investment sales since earning his degree from Texas Tech University in 2010.
Logan resides in West Lake Hills with his wife, daughter, son, and dog, Monkey. He enjoys playing and watching sports, exercising, and hiking on trips with his family.
