Through meticulous analysis, careful negotiation and detailed execution as a member of CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets Private Equity Practice, Kirsty Stevenson works diligently to achieve every objective of her clients.
In treating every client as a long-term partner, Kirsty identifies and manages multi-market professionals—connecting CBRE resources with additional service lines as needed—to determine the most efficient and effective project delivery. Through her micro- and macro-lens approach, she develops strategies that are specifically tailored for each assignment—far exceeding the typical scope and boundaries of brokerage services—to deliver successful portfolio and transaction management results.
Kirsty leverages a multi-faceted career in real estate that began in 2008; after gaining experience in consulting, property management, and title and escrow, she joined CBRE in 2014. Here, she spent nearly seven years as a member of CBRE’s Denver office Tenant Representation services and Corporate Capital Markets group (CCM), before joining CCM full-time in March 2021.
In addition to executing over 400 traditional transactions, Kirsty has spearheaded a number of unique projects and specialty assignments, including:
