Kevin Aussef

As President of Investment Properties, Kevin Aussef oversees institutional and private client activities, including CBRE’s verticals–Office, Hotels, Industrial & Logistics, Multifamily and Retail–as well as alternative practice groups.

Previously, Kevin was the global chief operating officer for the Capital Markets line of business, comprised of Investment Sales, Debt & Structured Finance and Investment Banking. He supported the Capital Markets leadership team and platform in the execution of strategic initiatives, while driving best practices and ensuring alignment and efficiencies across CBRE’s Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.

Kevin is a member of the Advisory Board at Claremont Graduate University’s Peter F. Drucker School of Management.
