Kenna Brannon

With nearly 20 years of related real estate experience in the retail industry, Kenna Brannon is an expert in developing and implementing innovative solutions using technology for domestic and international corporate portfolios. Her account experience includes hundreds of properties and millions of square feet of office, industrial, and retail space worldwide.

Kenna currently serves as the Senior Managing Director of Global Occupier Accounts at CBRE. In her role, she oversees strategic direction, operational execution and seamless service delivery and solutions to clients in the retail industry. She collaborates closely with various departments to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction, leveraging CBRE’s extensive services, expertise, information, systems, industry-leading resources, and award-winning technology to ensure transformative service delivery programs tailored to each client.

Prior to her Global Accounts role, Kenna was the Managing Director of Retail Client Solutions, focusing on account solutions and client care across the Americas. Prior to joining CBRE, Kenna gained valuable experience in retail real estate intelligence solutions at Forum Analytics (now CBRE), serving as both a Vice President of Technical Sales and Director of Business Development and as a Vice President with Buxton Co.  At Buxton Co., Kenna provided strategic direction for the Account Management team, overseeing the customer base and serving as the primary liaison between external clients and internal sales and project teams.
