Julian has extensive national and international experience and an in-depth understanding of financial, commercial and operational functions of hotels at all levels of the market.

Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Julian has held positions with PKF (Managing Consultant), InterContinental Hotels Group (Corporate Finance Analyst/Asset Manager), TRI Hospitality Consulting (Managing Consultant) and The Lanesborough (Trainee Management). His previous roles have enabled him to gain extensive experience in asset management, single asset and portfolio valuations, commercial due diligence, transactions/operator selection, market demand studies with financial projections and strategic reviews.
