With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Juan-Alonso Papathanassiou has acquired vast experience working with a variety of commercial real estate users in the office, retail and industrial sectors. His clients include federal entities, various types of retailers, and small, medium and large corporations whose real estate portfolios span across the Americas.
Working as a Transaction Manager at CBRE Montreal, he offers a diverse range of services, including real estate strategies and optimization, property acquisitions and dispositions, market studies, negotiation, quantitative and qualitative analyses, and guidance in the review and execution of real estate transactions and related documentation.
Starting his commercial real estate career as a lease administrator and paralegal for a large clothing retailer, Juan-Alonso managed a portfolio of, at its peak, approximately 260 locations across Canada and the United States. In 2013, he transitioned into brokerage at Devencore (now Avison Young), where he worked on office, industrial and retail transactions.
