José Antonio Lobón is a Vice Chairman with CBRE’s National Partners, the country’s foremost Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets platform. He specializes on advising institutional clients on the acquisition, disposition, debt financing, and structuring of joint-ventures within the industrial asset class.
José’s comprehensive industry and market knowledge is unmatched. In 2024, he ranked within the top 1% of producers nationally and achieved the Colbert Coldwell Circle distinction in 2023 and 2022. Additionally, José has continued to be CBRE top producer in the State of Florida multiple years in a row.
Since joining CBRE in 2011, Mr. Lobón has been involved in the valuation, marketing and execution of $19+ billion in real estate sale and finance transactions, ranging from one-off dispositions to multi-market portfolios.
José is married and lives with his wife Caroline, and their two children, Julian and Charlotte, in Miami, Florida.
