Over the past 30 years, Jeremy has been focused on serving the occupiers, owners, developers and investors of the most state-of-the-art distribution facilities in the world. He has developed a best-in-class, data-driven approach including a proprietary report focused on the modern bulk distribution market of Indianapolis.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Jeremy spent the previous decade as a partner in Summit / Cushman & Wakefield where he helped build the firm into the largest privately held brokerage firm in Indiana. Jeremy first gained his experience with Prologis over a 10 year career where he served as Market Officer for Indianapolis.
