He maintains intimate knowledge of national market trends and valuations, and is a highly-skilled negotiator and expert in developing customized, strategic marketing strategies to achieve maximum value for his clients. Schroeder’s operations expertise has allowed him to build a successful multi-skilled real estate team consisting of five players, whose duties include the first-class execution of advisory services, 1031 buyside assistance, graphic design, marketing, escrow management, financial analysis and business development.

Ian and his wife, Kristina, have been married for over 20 years, and are the parents of four young children all under the age of fourteen. In his spare time Schroeder enjoys staying active with his kids, camping, spending time outdoors, surfing and watching college football.
