Hugh Little

With over 25 years of experience in Real Estate, including 17 years with CBRE, Hugh is a seasoned Executive Director in our Advisory and transactions Occupier business. His leadership as the Head of Operations for our Asia-Pacific Accounts business is a testament to his expertise. Hugh's focus on our existing account and client partnerships and account teams ensures our clients receive the full breadth and power of CBRE’s regional platform and global expertise to deliver superior client outcomes. He is the executive sponsor for several of our key clients across APAC.

Hugh has extensive knowledge of occupiers and over 20 years of experience in the corporate real estate sector. This is split 50/50 between the EMEA region (based in London) and the APAC region (based in Singapore). Hugh worked for multiple clients as an Account Lead across various sectors & geographies, delivering excellent account & transaction management solutions.

Before becoming Head of Accounts Operations in APAC, Hugh led our Accounts business in Southeast Asia for 6 years. His leadership was focused on delivering service excellence and outstanding client outcomes for our occupier clients, further developing CBRE’s talent and platform across Southeast Asia.

During his tenure as the Regional Account Director of APAC for a leading multinational corporation in the energy sector, Hugh was the key focal point for all operational activities within APAC. His role involved managing approximately 2,500 Retail Service Stations across seven countries, and he was fully accountable for all aspects of the end-to-end service delivery model. 

Before that, Hugh was the EMEA Account manager for a leading multinational corporation in the healthcare sector, with direct responsibility for running & operating the account and delivery of transaction services, workplace strategy, consulting and project management. 

Before working at these leading multinational corporations, Hugh worked on the global Nokia account for 4 years in several roles, including Operations Lead & EMEA and Account Director. As Operations Lead, Hugh managed an international team of 20 people in delivering several services, including Transactions, Lease Administration and Project Management. Hugh also supported the global rollout of Nokia’s owned retail store concept.
