Greg Dupes, MAI is the co-lead along with Bryan Barnett, MAI of the Southeast Multifamily Valuation Team and the co-lead of the National BTR Valuation Team. Greg spends his time between the Atlanta and South Florida offices and Bryan spends his time between the Atlanta and Nashville offices. Greg was originally from the West Coast of Florida, but moved to Atlanta in 2014 and now splits time between Atlanta and South Florida. He joined CBRE’s valuation group in 2022, and has been in the valuation industry since 2014. Prior to joining CBRE, Greg was a Director at Colliers, where he led the multifamily valuation team in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi and was a top 3 producer in the country. Prior to joining Colliers, Greg was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps in Atlanta where he managed a team of appraisers covering all asset types in the southeast.
Greg is primarily focused on multifamily valuation and consulting for mortgage lenders, banks, equity partners, investment funds, developers, institutional owners and private owners. He specializes in all multifamily types including garden-style, mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use, student housing, affordable housing, and single-family build-to-rent communities. He also has experience in hotels/resorts, quick-service restaurants, shopping centers, malls, office buildings, industrial buildings, and right-of-way valuation. His appraisals and consultations have been used in connection with real estate portfolio valuations, financing, feasibility studies, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, financial reporting, workout and repositioning strategies, and insurable replacement cost studies.
Greg received his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida, where he graduated with honors.
