Dean Hunt

As the Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE’s Los Angeles North Region business, Dean is responsible for developing and implementing strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for all Advisory Services lines of business including leasing, sales, valuations, debt and structured finance, and property management across all property types for the Glendale, Woodland Hills, and Oxnard/Ventura offices. He is passionate about developing our people and providing a market leading service offering to our clients.

Dean brings over 23 years of commercial real estate experience, having held a variety of leadership roles in CBRE’s Pacific Region. Most recently, he served as the Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Advisory Services business in Victoria, Australia, one of the company’s largest Pacific geographies. There, he was part of the Pacific Executive Committee, a team responsible for growth strategies across the region.

He began his career with CBRE as an Industrial & Logistics and Capital Markets broker, working across the New Zealand and Australian markets. He quickly rose to lead the Industrial & Logistics Investor leasing business in Victoria and subsequently took leadership of the Advisory & Transaction Services Occupier team as Pacific Region Director. Mr. Hunt remained active withing the Industrial & Logistics Development Services business, facilitating major transactions across the region.

Dean is focused on delivering significant value to clients by understanding their objectives and shaping holistic divestment programs factoring in risk, occupation, and legacy issues.
