Clayton leverages a creative background to provide tailored solutions for clients and has an extensive track record of helping teams find alignment around key objectives. He is an energetic, versatile team player who is sought out as a powerful connector among his peers with a firsthand understanding of the challenges companies face when looking to evolve their workplace to attract and retain superior talent.
His commitment to the community extends to advisory roles, where Clayton is a board member and past President of the Triangle Area Office Building Association, a past member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders board, and he is a founding member of the executive council of the First Tee of the Triangle’s Game Changers Council.
