Chris Riley has served as President of Capital Markets US Industrial & Logistics and CBRE National Partners since January 2022. He will be leaving CBRE at the end of May and join Robinson Weeks Parnters as Chairman, based in Atlanta.
At CBRE, Chris has led a platform of professionals that offer a complete scope of services including investment sales, debt placement, and structured equity sourcing. Chris is a founding member of CBRE National Partners, a collaborative national partnership formed in 2010 that focuses exclusively on industrial and logistics capital markets. Located in the ten key logistics markets, the 87 investment sales and support professionals connect local market expertise to a national capital markets perspective. Enhanced by a fully integrated debt platform, National Partners provides strategic advisory guidance to maximize proceeds and enhance the surety of execution for national, regional and local clients. In 2021, the team successfully completed transactions totalling 274 million square feet with an aggregate value of $32 billion.
During his career, Chris has been involved in the disposition and equity placement of more than 831 million square feet of real estate properties with an aggregate value in excess of $58 billion. These transactions have covered 77 markets in North America and more than 200 separate purchasers.
