Bryan Barnett, MAI is the co-lead along with Greg Dupes, MAI of the Southeast Multifamily Valuation Team and the co-lead of the National BTR Valuation Team. Bryan spends his time between the Atlanta and Nashville offices and Greg spends his time between the Atlanta and South Florida offices. The team provides valuation and advisory services with a primary focus on multifamily properties including garden- style, mid- and high-rise, conventional apartments, student housing, mixed-use projects, and multifamily land. Mr. Barnett has successfully worked with some of CBRE’s most prestigious clients, including financial institutions, developers, individual and corporate property owners, and attorneys. He has completed valuation assignments of some of the largest and highest profile multifamily projects in the southeastern U.S.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Barnett gained a broad range of valuation and consulting experience at firms including Colliers International and Integra Realty Resources. While at Colliers International he built one of the top-producing teams in the region and helped to build the Atlanta office into Atlanta’s second-leading valuation group behind CBRE.
Mr. Barnett received his Bachelors in entrepreneurship and finance from Mercer University where he was part of the men’s golf team earning ASUN Conference Academic Honors. He received his MBA from the University of Georgia with a major in real estate and finance.
Mr. Barnett currently holds Certified General Appraisal licenses in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida.
