Westchester County Figures Q4 2021

-Quarterly leasing activity totaled 395,000 sq. ft., up 73% from Q3 2021 and 79% above the five-year quarterly average.

-The availability rate decreased to 22.6% down 10 basis points (bps) from Q3 2021 and 70 bps higher than a year ago.

- Quarterly net absorption was positive 23,000 sq. ft., which brought year-to-date absorption to negative 187,000 sq. ft.

- Westchester County average asking rent was $29.48 per sq. ft., virtually unchanged both quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year.
