  • Occupancy rates fell by only 40 basis points during the second half of 2022, maintaining a healthy rate of 95.4%.
  • Net absorption fell 72,622 sq. ft. over H1 2022 to (20,058) sq. ft. absorbed during H2 2022.
  • The overall asking rate increased 7.7% over H1 2022 to $14.49 PSF in H2 2022.
  • Construction starts and deliveries picked up throughout the second half of the year with the delivery of a 12,500 sq. ft. development in Jenks and the groundbreaking of Costco Wholesale’s new 200,000 sq. ft. store in the East submarket.
