  • Despite such deliveries, Class A availability has remained stable throughout 2024 standing at 20.0%, the same level as this time last year.
  • Every major submarket experienced positive rent growth. Class A Brickell rates continue to rise, increasing by 5.7% year-over-year to $101.76/sq. ft.
