Executive Vice President Jacob ‘Jake’ Bobek is an occupier leasing specialist at CBRE, based at the firm’s headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles. Together with Scott Steuber, Jake is a member of one of the firm’s preeminent occupier representation teams. With more than 15 years of commercial real estate industry experience at such companies as Avison Young and Cushman & Wakefield, Jake has represented tenants in a variety of industries, including entertainment, gaming, technology and automotive.
Jake, a consistent top performer in the marketplace, is focused on helping occupiers of office and industrial commercial space to develop real estate strategies that match their business needs. Together with Scott, the team, which has completed many millions of square feet in transactions, joined CBRE’s Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services group in 2017.
